Valbrun and Marie Fance

Last October (2005) Valbrun had a dream that he was to come and help us at the orphange.  During that time, Janeil and I had been going over in our minds what we were going to do as we needed a strong Godly leader to come in and help us.  We believe that God put Valbrun in our hearts.  Janeil went to talk to him and quickly found out that God had already called him to the orphanage.  He is the youth pastor at Chalet church.  We have been and continue to be amazed at how the Lord has worked through our union with him.  His wife recently had a baby boy, Valens.  She has a sweet and quiet spirit and has been a tremendous support to him through this transition.

Robert and Ivonne
Robert and his wife come from the Chalet church.  They have been with us for almost a year now, and have been a wonderful addition to our staff.  Robert is a professor in the school and helps in the yard with management and child control.  Ivonne works with the little children in the morning and manages the food and meal times.

Wisley and Kristin

Wisley and his family came to us last November.  Wisley is brother to Pastor Jean Claude who preaches at the Chalet church.  He is skilled in driving large vehicles and is so very useful to us to that way.  Janeil has hired him to drive the orphanage truck but didn't realize at the time what an asset he would be to us is other ways.  He is a strong man of God and a great witness and example to all who know him.  His wife Kristin is our nurse LPN.  She comes in several times a day, cleans the clinic, organizes the medicines, and takes care of the children.  She is also absolutely precious and the children adore her.  They meet her at the gate when she comes in and hang on her skirt all the way to the clinic!  They have two boys, Dave 3 and Marvens 21 months.

Curtis and Daniell Rogers

Curits and his new wife Danielle were married this last June.  They will be making Haiti their home on a  full time basis in January 2008.

Bena

Bena came to the orphanage many years ago as a child....grew up here....and now makes his living as Janeil's right hand man.  He spends his day seeing that the orphange is functioning as it should, that the kids are obeying as they should, and that all things run smoothly.  He also works on Larry's construction team when he isn't doing  other things.  He played a very big part in securing the orphanage during the recent uprisings in Haiti.

Rose and Ida
Rose and Ida wash our kids clothes 6 days a week.  They have been a part of our family for over 2 years now and are as faithful today as the day they started.

Martha and Nancie
With the addition of the new little ones this year, we have several that were too young to go to school.  Martha and Nancie are sisters and have come to work with us in the mornings with the little bitty children.  They teach, play, bathe, and care for all the kids ages 1-3 who don't yet go to school.

Nancie and Ermitte
So many little children....so many things that need washed!!!  Nancie and Ermitte have taken on the responsiblity of washing the sheets and clothes for our new toddler room.

Erole
Erole is our morning gate guard.  He is also a brother to Madam Robert
